Collection: Pattern Fabric

Our pattern fabric will be mainly categorised as Jacquard, Brocade, Print & Dye, Embroidery and Other.

Jacquards are those fabrics with their pattern woven directly into the material and hence they have a reversible pattern at the back, allowing to use both of the sides. It is usually using the same yarn, or a similar colour yarn, to create the pattern.

Brocades are very similar to Jacquards - with pattern woven into the piece of fabric. Its major difference to jacquard is that it uses a different yarn to create the pattern, therefore it usually appears in a multi-colour form. Metallic yarns are often used as its secondary (pattern) yarn to make it looks more luxurious.

Prints & Dyes are either using inks or pigments to install patterns onto the fabric surface. Its patterns will therefore be more flexible, however it also has a risk to experience colour fastness in certain conditions.

Embroideries are the qualities that people applying additional threads, beads, sequins or other accessories by a needle on a piece of base fabric. It has a more flexible pattern and is more texturized with several layers.
