Refund Principle

We ACCEPT reasonable claims from:
✔ Hong Kong
✔ Macau

We DO NOT ACCEPT any claims from:
✘ Other countries out of HK & Macau 

Due to costing reasons, we regret to not accepting refunds or returns on fabric orders out of Hong Kong/Macau, but please let us know if there are any problems with your purchase, we would do our best to offer our help.

**It is suggested to CHECK your fabric upon its arrival, and contact us if there are any damages or missing in the order within 3 days.
For reasonable claims, we would replace or refund to you according to your case.

 

Returning Claims

You will take a picture of that item to be claimed, and we will check up the condition for reasonable returning approval.

All returned items must be uncut and in original, unaltered condition. Otherwise they will NOT be accepted. Returning claims must be done within 3 days upon receive.

 

Shipping back

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You may send back the item(s) through any means of your choice. Refunds are typically issued 2-3 days after the item(s) are received and processed.

 

Remarks

-Clearance items and sample fabrics are ineligible to be returned.
