Shipping Procedure After Payment

Once we have received confirmation of your payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you, advising that your order has been received together with payment and that it will be ready for dispatch shortly.

The dispatch will usually be the coming pickup cut-off time.
(Cut-off time = Mon to Fri: 4pm, Sat: 11am, GMT+8)

You will receive a notification email if your order cannot be dispatch before the cut-off time, and we promise to do so as soon as possible.

Hong Kong & Macau: 1-3 days

Mainland China/Taiwan: 2-4 days

Asia: 7-10 days

Shipping Costs & Default Carriers

Shipping costs vary according to the weight, dimension & carrier.

By default, we use Hong Kong Post (Standard international) & SF Express according to the country you are receiving. It will usually be the most economic choice between both carrier.
You will enjoy FREE shipping for orders HK$500 or more in Hong Kong and Macau.

International Shipping

We will ship your order. However, Customs Fees and Taxes are NOT included in the shipping costs quoted. Should you have any questions on custom fees and taxes, please refer to related laws/regulations of your receiving countries/region.
