Any customer who received a damaged piece may return the item(s) and receive a refund.
You would take a picture of that item to be claimed, and we would check up the condition for reasonable returning approval.
All returned items must be uncut and in original, unaltered condition. Otherwise they will not be accepted. Returning claims must be done within 3 days upon receive.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You may send back the item(s) through any means of your choice. Refunds are typically issued 2-3 days after the item(s) are received and processed.
-Clearance items and sample fabrics are ineligible to be returned.
-Unless we are in error, we do not refund any fee from the selected shipping method included in your order total.
